Accelerate Exercise Physiology is a home-visit service directed at individuals who require assistance with exercise based therapy.

This service is run solely by Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Sonya who has over 7 years of experience providing exercise rehabilitation, health management programs and interventions.

This service is for individuals who are looking to:

  • Start exercising but may have complex health conditions or illnesses that are limiting their ability to move.

  • Learn how to manage your health conditions through structured exercise independently and take back your life!

  • Have a physical, developmental or behavioural disability and requires help with activities of daily living or health and wellbeing.

  • Sustained an Injury at Work or long term recurring injuries that may require specific exercise rehabilitation.
