Pre/Post Natal Exercise

Exercise before, during and after pregnancy is recommended for women without exercise contraindications due to the benefits exercise has on both the mother and child. Having an accredited exercise physiologist assist with developing and delivering an individualised and safe guided exercise program is a great way to remain active throughout the pregnancy journey.
